Dog Ball Support

Open the shell and remove the motor core. Connect the USB-C cable to the core and a 5V/1A USB power adapter.

A flashing red indicator means charging is in progress; a steady green indicator means charging is complete. Do not use the toy while charging.

Short-press the power button to turn on the core. Short-press again to switch modes. The core remembers the last selected mode when powered on.

A flashing blue indicator identifies intense mode; a flashing orange indicator identifies gentle mode.

Download and open the Smart Life app using the download instructions in the manual. Press and hold the core button for 3 seconds until the app indicator flashes rapidly.

In the app, select Add Device, choose the detected pet toy and follow the connection prompts. Once connected, you can adjust the toy settings in the app.

Switch off the motor core before changing the shell. Place the core into the lower half of the compatible Skrmisda replacement shell, then attach the upper half and rotate clockwise until secure.

Each replacement shell set contains the upper and lower shell halves only. The motor core is sold with the dog ball and is not included with a replacement shell. Supervise your dog during play.
