How do I control the Skrmisda dog ball?

Use the mobile app to adjust the ball’s movement during play. The built-in G-Sensor also lets your dog restart movement with a tap or nudge between rest periods. Follow the setup instructions included with your ball.

Can I adjust how strongly the ball moves?

Yes. The dog ball offers 10 adjustable intensity levels. Start with a lower level and adjust it to suit your dog’s response and play style. These are intensity settings, not 10 separate play modes.

How do I charge the dog ball, and how long does it take?

Use the included USB-C cable with a 5V/1A power source. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes. The indicator flashes red while charging and stays green when fully charged. Make sure the ball and charging port are completely dry before charging.

Can I replace the outer shell?

Yes. The E-TPU outer shell can be removed and replaced. Blue and orange replacement shell sets are available in Accessories. Each set includes the upper and lower shell halves; the motor core is not included.

Is the dog ball waterproof, and how should I clean it?

The complete ball is rated IPX7 when correctly assembled and fully closed. The internal motor core is not waterproof: do not rinse or submerge it. Remove the outer shell for cleaning and keep the motor core dry. Let the shell dry completely before reassembling the ball.

Is the dog ball a chew toy?

The dog ball is designed for interactive chasing and nudging, rather than persistent chewing. Supervise your dog during play and stop using the ball if the shell or any other component is damaged.

What is included with the dog ball?

Each dog ball comes with a motor core and outer shell, a USB-C charging cable, and a user manual. Additional replacement shell sets are sold separately.
